Job summary

Workout Anytime LaFollette is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Fitness Consultant to welcome members, sell memberships, answer calls, and promote the gym. You’ll engage guests, schedule tours, and support daily club operations in a friendly, energetic environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and future promotional paths for high performers. Compensation ranges from $11.00 to $12.00 per hour, with a team-focused culture and benefits aligned with a growing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, upbeat, outgoing personality.
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles, fitness industry or sales is a plus.
• Flexible work schedule preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Becoming a great ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, and our services.
• Greeting and checking in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential.
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
• Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members.
• Conducting guest tours.
• Assisting with the club’s daily maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Creating relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participating in or managing various marketing events.
• Learning and adhering to our processes and procedures.
• Following up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old


• Always display a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.


• Desired candidates will have some experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales and can work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.


• A flexible work schedule is preferred.


• Must be able to work either 9-2:30 or 2:30-8 during the week, as well as rotating weekend shifts on Fridays 9-6 & Saturdays 9-3.


• Previous gym experience is plus but not required.
