Job summary

Palazzo Lakeside Hotel in Kissimmee, Florida, seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations with efficiency while delivering a memorable arrival experience.

You will balance day-shift accounts, respond to guest requests and emergencies, collaborate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment, and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience as Front Desk Agent or similar in hospitality.
  • 1 year hotel experience at one location preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in guests, answer phones, and take reservations.
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts.
  • Enhance Guest Experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth check-ins/outs.
  • Uphold Operational Standards by keeping the front desk running and balancing accounts.
  • Collaborate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Position Summary

Join us as our Front Desk Agent and kickstart magical moments for families and travelers eager for their Orlando adventure. In this position, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring a smooth welcome for arrivals and efficient send-offs for departures. Beyond guest interactions, you’ll balance the day shift accounts and perform other administrative duties to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Enhancing Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service, smoothly handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest needs to ensure a memorable stay.
  • Upholding Operational Standards: Keep the front desk running seamlessly, balancing accounts and maintaining procedures with precision.
  • Teaming for Excellence: Collaborate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment throughout the day.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hourly Wage

$15 - $18 based on experience and achievement
