Position Details:
Title: Front Desk Customer Service Representative
Reports to: General Manager/Sales & Service Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Promote quality customer service by processing sales and registration transactions. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing a positive image of Goldfish Swim School.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Minimum of two years in customer service or administrative roles. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other software.
Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required.
Work Environment: Exposure to heat and humidity occasionally; moderate noise levels.
