About the Role: Are you a highly organized, detail-driven individual with a passion for fitness? We’re looking for a Member Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team and be the key support in delivering an exceptional experience at our boutique gym.

What You’ll Do:

• Administrative Excellence: Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and communication with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Greet clients, address membership inquiries, and ensure their needs are met to provide a top-tier gym experience.
• Team Collaboration: Support trainers and management in keeping operations smooth and contribute to a positive, energetic environment.
• Caring Support: Serve as a friendly, empathetic point of contact for clients, positively impacting their fitness and wellness journeys.

What We’re Looking For:

• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in office software, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing role, with a friendly attitude and problem-solving abilities.
