Pay Range: $18-$20/hr Depending on Experience

  3. Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  4. Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
  5. Have strong phone and computer skills.
  6. Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
  7. Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
  8. Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  9. Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
  10. Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories.
  11. Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  12. Have a strong customer service orientation and communicate effectively with members and patients.
  13. Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
  14. Provide excellent services to members and patients.
  15. The Wellness Coordinator's primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
  16. Greet members and patients upon arrival and assist with check-ins for appointments with the chiropractor.
  17. Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  18. Support team goals and foster positive relationships with team members.
  19. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic workspace.
  20. Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  21. Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies and procedures.
  22. Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  23. Accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning opportunity.
  24. Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
  25. Able to stand and/or sit for long periods.
  26. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
