Schedule: Thursday and Friday; 9:30 am - 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am - 4:00 pm *Need Urgently*

PTO and a pay range of $16/hr - $18/hr depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

  • Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • At least one year of previous sales experience
  • Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
  • Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
  • Manage patient flow in an organized manner
Essential Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent service to members and patients
  • Primary responsibility to gain memberships to meet sales goals
  • Greeting members and patients, checking them in for appointments
  • Answering phone calls
  • Re-engaging inactive members
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships
  • Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Communicating member concerns to management
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Accepting constructive criticism positively
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
