Our luxury Med Spa in Henrico, VA, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our spa and ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to customer service and operations.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you will play a key leadership role in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere while handling essential administrative and operational tasks. Attendance and punctuality are crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily spa flow.
  • Lead by example, ensuring front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services and retail products.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain financial transactions.
  • Assist in hosting client events and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support and collaborate with the spa team to uphold service excellence.
