Front Desk Coordinator - North Hollywood, CA
The Joint Chiropractic continues to search for motivated, health-conscious, and driven people to join our team. We have advanced the quality and availability of chiropractic care in the wellness industry.

- Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.50 depending on experience

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
- Strong communication and computer skills
- At least one year of previous sales experience
- Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
- Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories
- Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with members and patients
- Manage patient flow through the clinic in an organized manner
- Provide excellent services to members and patients
- The wellness coordinator's primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals
- Greet members and patients upon arrival, check them in to see the chiropractor
- Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
- Support team goals and foster positive relationships with team members
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
- Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
- Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies and procedures
- Willing to learn and grow
- Accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning opportunity
- Office coordination or marketing experience is a plus
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
