We are looking for a strong, service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to help us redefine the patient care experience in our Austin, Texas Market. This role will primarily support our Westlake and South Austin locations, with occasional travel to Cedar Park, Arbor Walk, or Pflugerville as needed. If you are an experienced healthcare front desk professional with outstanding organizational skills and a passion for patient care, we want to meet you.

About The Role

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience. This Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM role demands professionalism, quick learning agility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and assist with questions or concerns.
  • Manage Appointments: Schedule and reschedule patient visits, ensuring all authorizations and insurance verifications are obtained.
  • Support Patient Flow: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records, process payments, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Maintain an Organized Front Desk: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
  • Support Multiple Centers: Provide coverage as needed in other nearby centers.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Front Desk or Administrative Experience: 1-3 years, ideally in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Scheduling Software and EMR/EHR Systems Knowledge.
  • Medical Office and Healthcare Setting Experience.
  • Patient Intake, Registration, and Insurance Verification Experience.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Customer Service Skills and Strong Communication.
  • Multitasking and Organizational Skills in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Experience with Infusion Therapy Practices (preferred).
