About the job:
Downtown Dental Group is an established, state-of-the-art, private dental business and is currently seeking a full-time front desk coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This is an entry-level position that will support management with administrative tasks and reception. The practice is very team-driven, with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, a four-day work week and competitive pay and benefits.

  1. Have experience performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, organizing and filing.
  2. Are comfortable providing front office support, such as greeting patients and answering phones.
