Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Position Overview

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional client experiences? Boardroom Salon for Men, a leader in upscale men’s grooming, is seeking friendly, professional, reliable, and energetic Front Desk Coordinators to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and assist clients with a smile and positive attitude.
  2. Manage appointments and salon calendar using salon technology, including check-in/check-out, processing transactions, and handling phone/email scheduling.
  3. Address and resolve client concerns professionally.
  4. Maintain front desk, waiting area, and retail space tidiness.
  5. Support service staff as needed.
  6. Perform opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception (preferred).
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software.
  4. Detail-oriented with multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
  5. Positive, polished appearance.
  6. Ability to stand for extended periods.
  7. Desire for self-improvement and growth within the salon.
  8. Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
