Front Desk Coordinator - Culver City, CA

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Additional Benefits: Lunch Breaks, PTO, Bonus Potential
Pay Range: $18/hr + Commission

What we are looking for in YOU and YOUR skill set:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • At least one year of previous sales experience
  • Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
  • Share personal chiropractic experience and stories
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
  • Provide excellent services to members and patients
  • The primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals
  • Greet members and patients, check them in for their appointments
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies and procedures
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Accept constructive criticism positively and use it for improvement
  • Office coordination or marketing experience is a plus (Note: This is not management and does not supervise others)
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
