Clinic opening June 1st, looking to hire before 5/15.

PTO & bonuses offered.

Pay range: $18-$20 depending on experience.

What we are looking for in YOU and YOUR skillset!

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
  • Have strong phone and computer skills.
  • Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
  • Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories.
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong customer service orientation and communicate effectively with members and patients.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent services to members and patients.
  • Gain memberships to meet sales goals.
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Re-engage inactive members.
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Support team goals and foster positive relationships.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Accept constructive criticism positively.
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
