The Temporary Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role also supports internal teams by ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels.

Temporary Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Maintain the front desk area and overall office space, keeping supplies stocked and the environment organized.
  • Manage a high volume of communication, via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
  • Handle escalated or complex issues with calm professionalism and efficient problem-solving.
  • Utilize internal tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve product-related concerns.
  • Accurately place warranty orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team on projects and shared goals.

Temporary Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing accuracy (minimum 45 wpm).
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional, warm demeanor.
  • High level of organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
