Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Ohio to welcome patients, verify insurance, and manage schedules. This role supports clinical staff and ensures a smooth patient flow from check-in to checkout.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, familiarity with dental software, and a professional, empathetic demeanor. Full-time hours Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within NADG.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, as well as ability to learn new programs as needed
  • Office experience

Responsibilities

  • Quality control with financial information and insurance verification, daily end-of-day reports
  • Perform clerical tasks: sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, photocopying; answer phone calls; greet visitors; schedule, verify, and confirm appointments
  • Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge
  • Present financial policies and arrangements to patients; collect co-payments and verify coverage as appropriate
  • Track appointments due to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals

Responsibilities

Skills Required to Make a Great “Impression” on Our Team

  • Must be dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end of the day reports, always keeping our patients worry-free
