High Plains Oral & Facial Surgeons is seeking a Front Desk Office Coordinator to join our Amarillo practice. You will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, and creating patient accounts, while also checking in patients, posting payments, and converting treatment plans with accuracy.

The role includes assisting with surgery scheduling and ensuring proper preparations. You will collaborate with clinicians and staff to maintain efficient operations and deliver exceptional

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in oral surgery, dental, or medical settings preferred.
  • Proven administrative experience with growth or improvement in prior roles.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
