Havenwood of Burnsville in Minnesota is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to warmly welcome residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk. You will be the first face visitors see, handling phone coverage, delivering friendly service, and supporting daily operations in a senior living community.

The role includes every-other-weekend shifts with weekend hours and occasional Friday coverage; starting pay is $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and keeps situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipts, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
