We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Agent to support high-end residential properties in the Dallas area.

This position is ideal for a polished, service-driven professional who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and delivering consistent, high-quality service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, customer service, or luxury retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain front desk operations and ensure a polished lobby presence
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident requests
• Answer phones, take accurate messages, and communicate effectively
• Log, track, and distribute resident packages accurately
• Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support property safety
• Conduct routine property walks to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
• Interact professionally with vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• Complete reports and perform other duties as assigned
