Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of the community. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, route calls, and assist with move-in prep and marketing materials.

The role emphasizes professional communication, organized multitasking, and maintaining a safe, welcoming front desk and Bistro area while supporting recruitment and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls, take accurate messages, and provide overviews.
• Support Sales with inquiries and assist with move-in prep and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area and process meal tickets.
• Assist with recruiting and perform basic administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail, and resident rosters; monitor safety and sign-in.
