Job summary

The Avalon of Lewis Center is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge to be the first face residents and guests meet, providing warm, professional welcome daily.

Hours are 8a-4p, Monday to Friday. Pay starts at $16 depending on experience. Benefits include health, life insurance, PTO/sick time, holiday pay, free staff meals, and an Employee Recognition Program. EEO employer & Drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers and keep situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
