Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet and register guests, provide outstanding service throughout their stay, and settle accounts at checkout.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, hotel operations, and concierge tasks while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. A positive, proactive customer-service mindset and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment are required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must deliver outstanding customer service to guests.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure.
• Strong communication and numerical skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests upon arrival.
• Handle check-ins & check-outs in a courteous manner.
• Provide exceptional guest service throughout stay.
• Assist guests with information, reservations, and local recommendations.
• Operate the front desk computer system and phone switchboard.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and promotions.
• Ensure accurate logging and delivery of packages and messages.
