The Harborvale in Burlington, VT, part of Westport Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet guests and shape their stay from arrival to departure.

As the heart of the guest experience, you will handle check-in/out, answer questions, coordinate reservations and provide local Vermont recommendations.

Schedule flexibility (days/evenings/weekends/holidays) is required. Must lift 25 lb and stand for long shifts. Base hourly pay $18.00–$20.00.

• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality and create personalized guest experiences.
• Check-in and check-out efficiently with accuracy and courtesy.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries; handle reservations and requests.
• Act as a local ambassador with knowledge of Burlington and Vermont attractions.
• Foster an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and at home.
• Remember returning guests and tailor stays to individual preferences.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and swift solutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain room standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to support service goals.
