Job summary

Bridge Senior Living is hiring a Concierge to warmly greet residents and visitors and to manage a variety of clerical duties at the front desk. The role involves signing in and signing out visitors, directing incoming calls, and communicating arrivals of guests and deliveries to residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of related experience. A strong commitment to exceptional service and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform Residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate Residents’ requests for assistance - referring to other staff as necessary.
