Job summary

Club Studio in Austin, TX is hiring a Front Desk Concierge to deliver a first-class member experience. You will greet guests, assist in our Cryotherapy/Recovery area, and lead tours that convert interest into memberships.

The role rewards strong communication, reliability, and teamwork, with a part-time schedule, in-person work, and opportunities for commissions and career advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Help turnover laundry, fold and refill service areas.
• Provide meaningful tours of Club Studio that can result in a membership.
• Attend required meetings/trainings.
• Be timely, well dressed, and ready to work.
• Learn required skills to rebut objections positively.
• Continue fitness education.
• Enforce rules and regulations.
• Manage daily schedule to complete appointments and tasks.
• Present a healthy lifestyle and fitness professionalism.
• Understand club systems and policies and enforce them.
• Participate in club check on every shift and maintain cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve.
