Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to basic questions and direct clients to the appropriate team member
• Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized calendar
• Respond to emails and general inquiries
• Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Assist with basic paperwork, filing, and data entry
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Help create a positive and professional experience for everyone who visits LEH Homes
