MGM Springfield is seeking a Front Desk Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and resolve issues in a high-volume resort environment. This part-time position emphasizes cash handling and guest service with opportunities to promote MGM Rewards and upgrades.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of cash handling and 1+ year of face-to-face guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and deliver memorable service, addressing needs and resolving complaints per S.H.O.W. service basics.
• Manage early/late check-ins and check-outs and walk-ins; handle related tasks for guest room readiness.
• Offer upgraded accommodations when available and promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests.
• Ensure charges/credits are posted correctly, collect payments, and balance cash and credit transactions per procedures.
• Securely control and issue keys, maintaining guest privacy and a hassle-free experience from arrival to departure.
