This role is available for 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or a mix of both, with full-time or part-time options.

Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is required. Please fill out your availability to prioritize your resume consideration.

Role Overview

We are seeking individuals passionate about serving others! As a Front Desk & Guest Care team member, you'll be at the heart of the hotel, engaging directly with guests. Responsibilities
  1. Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  2. Maintain high service and hospitality standards.
  3. Address guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
  4. Post charges, handle payments, and follow cash procedures.
  5. Manage guest mail and messages professionally.
  6. Be knowledgeable about hotel brands and programs.
  7. Communicate effectively with departments regarding guest feedback.
  8. Respond quickly to calls, visitors, and team requests.
  9. Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
