Position: Full-Time Front Desk Clerk/Barista

Compensation: $15/hour plus tips

Job Summary

We seek a motivated and friendly individual to provide exceptional guest service, manage front desk operations, and support the Front Office Supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize revenue through strategic selling based on occupancy and competition
  • Coordinate daily arrivals and departures, including special requests
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures
  • Maintain an organized front office environment
  • Communicate daily activities to relevant departments
  • Gather guest feedback and resolve issues with management support
  • Respond to emergencies and report security concerns
  • Report health, safety, or hazards
  • Manage shift reports and cash drops
  • Attend meetings and training
  • Handle key control and comply with standards
  • Collaborate with sales to maximize revenue
  • Familiarize with PMS system
  • Be flexible with shifts and cover absences
  • Complete shift reports and end-of-day activities
  • Uphold personal grooming and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English for business communication
