• Record accounts receivable and daily client contact statistics.
• Oversee billing and collections across outpatient clinics.
• Assist in intake activities and update client information.
• Coordinate with finance for insurance eligibility and AR reconciliation.
• Train/assist OPC Customer Support Representatives and other sites as needed.
