Join Our Team at TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Westport as a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant!

Pay: $15-$17 per hour

Shift: Part-time

Schedule: 1-2 Day Shifts & 1-2 Overnight Shifts (must have weekend availability)

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring proper payment, noting and fulfilling special requests, and recording accurate information.
  • Answer phones professionally and helpfully.
  • Post charges and settle guest accounts following procedures.
  • Address and resolve guest issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and hotel policies.
  • Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts.
