Job Description
  • Greet patrons in a helpful and enthusiastic manner while being the first point of contact.
  • Providing a high level of customer service.
  • Registering individuals in programs and processing payments.
  • Answer questions and be knowledgeable about all programs, events, and memberships.
  • Answer phone calls proficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure a neat and clean appearance of the lobby and front desk area.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. General knowledge of office procedures: phone skills, multitask and how to use Microsoft Windows. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to maintain professional work-related practices – safety, alertness, dependability, responsibility, initiative, courteousness, good judgment, cleanliness, and ability to work with all ages. Previous experience in cash handling or ability to demonstrate related skills set.
