Position: Front Desk Attendant

Location: Haywood Health & Fitness Center

Description:

• Greets visitors and welcomes them to the facility.
• Enrolls new members, receives payments, makes reservations, distributes towels and locker keys.
• Answers and directs phone calls, distributes messages.
• Provides facility tours and answers questions about exercise equipment and the facility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum Work Experience: Knowledge or experience in the health and fitness industry preferred.
• Required Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, handle stressful situations appropriately.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
