The pay is $18.00 per hour. We are currently interviewing for multiple weekend and part-time shifts.

We are NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio of over 350 top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 U.S. markets.

A Typical Day at Our Front Desks

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, serving as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. You will warmly welcome residents, monitor the lobby, handle incoming calls and requests, and manage package and food deliveries.

Your main goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries.
  • Facilitating contractor arrivals, departures, and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors according to property procedures.
  • Promptly responding to resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.
