True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking an AM Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Hotel Name, City, State. We offer excellent benefits and a supportive family culture.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests and check them into the hotel, issue room keys, and direct guests to rooms and other areas.
  2. Respond to guest questions in person or over the phone.
  3. Assist with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations to ensure an enjoyable stay.
  4. Resolve guest problems and complaints.
  5. Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, taking messages, entering reservations, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
  2. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  3. Hospitality experience is a plus.
