A typical day at one of our front desks…

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area. You are the first point of contact for residents (and their guests) when they arrive home. Our Front Desk Associates are the "heart" of the property and highly valued by residents. Your duties include warmly welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, handling incoming calls and requests, and managing package/food deliveries.

Your main goal is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitating contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors according to property procedures.
  • Promptly responding to resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.
