Who We Are Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to provide excellent customer service, promote memberships and retail sales, and maintain a positive work environment. Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required. Dependability in closing shifts and a passion for sales and customer care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership and retail sales
• Greet visitors and ensure excellent customer experience
• Book appointments via in-person or phone interactions
• Assist with inventory maintenance and other group operations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail
