Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate for the third shift on weekends. The role greets and directs members, guests and staff as they enter the gym and provides assistance on operations and policies.

Strong customer service, cash handling, and computer skills are required. This position emphasizes teamwork, daily club cleanliness, and participation in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and members.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
• Proficient with computers and general business software.
• Willingness to maintain club cleanliness and support marketing efforts.

Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties.

This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills required. All Front Desk Associates are required to participate in general cleanliness of the club daily, as well as community outreach and marketing.
