Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a Welcoming Experience: Be the friendly face that greets guests upon arrival and ensures a smooth check-in process.
  • Check-In & Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist Guests with Inquiries: Provide helpful and timely responses to guest questions, reservations, and special requests.
  • Manage Room Assignments & Reservations: Ensure accurate bookings, modifications, and room allocations based on guest preferences and hotel availability.
  • Problem-Solving & Guest Satisfaction: Address concerns professionally and ensure guest needs are met to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain a Professional Front Desk Area: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
  • At least one year in a hospitality-oriented field (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel reservation systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
