Crunch Fitness Allen is seeking an Opening Front Desk Associate to join our high-energy team. You’ll be the first and last impression of the Crunch brand, delivering exceptional service, selling memberships, promoting club services, and creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings energy, a go-getter mindset, and strong communication. Prior sales or customer service experience helps, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Formación

• Must be able to work opening shift (approx. 5am-2pm).
• Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus).
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Job Summary:

As an Opening** Front Desk Associate**, you are the first and last impression of the Crunch brand. You play a vital role in creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is performance-based and includes engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience.
