Crunch Fitness is seeking an Opening Front Desk Associate at the Land O' Lakes Club to deliver high-energy service, engage prospective members, and promote club services. You will be the first and last impression of the brand, driving a positive atmosphere and a great member experience.

Ideal candidates bring energy, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work opening hours (approx. 5am-2pm). This role offers performance-based pay with a rewards-focused environment in a fast-growing company.

As an Opening Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression of the Crunch brand. You play a vital role in creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is performance-based and includes engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience.
