Job summary

World Elite’s Sweet Peas team is hiring a Front Desk Rockstar in Powell, OH. You’ll greet families, answer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels, and support sign-ups and scheduling. Maintain a welcoming space and assist with inventory and computer tasks while bringing enthusiastic energy daily.

This entry-level role offers part-time hours with morning/evening shifts and opportunities to grow within a family-like environment. Training is provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with morning/evening shifts.
• Entry-level; $11-$18/hr based on experience.
• Locations include Brecksville, Powell, and Tallmadge in OH.

What You'll Do

From answering phones, helping with customer questions, handing out a lot of bandaids, or keeping our workspace organized, you'll be doing a bit of everything to keep things running smoothly.
