Qualifications

Your Day-to-Day

Front Desk Hospitality Connecting with members and guests is our top priority. Every person receives an EPIC greeting and farewell.	Engage all members/guests with EPIC greetings & farewells Check members in using proper procedures Register guests properly Answer calls promptly with appropriate verbiage Route inquiries appropriately Direct guests and appointments to the right fitness consultants Serve as a communication hub for members, guests, and teammates
ProShop Pro Offer drinks, snacks, supplements, and gear to improve members’ nutrition and style.	Promote and sell products Meet/exceed sales goals Stock and organize retail items Assist with operational duties Learn about products Maintain ProShop area Use POS and handle money accurately
Member & Club Services Ensure members experience the best of Fitness Connection.	Check-in members and handle inquiries Monitor accounts, collect balances, update info Escalate issues to management Keep front area clean and organized Perform opening/closing duties Complete club cleaning routines Report incidents promptly Maintain positive relationships with the team Support teammates' goals Follow all policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to interpret contracts and packages
• Excellent English communication skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 50 pounds and moving quickly around the gym

All teammates will complete our EPIC Training Program to understand our systems and products. Successful completion indicates a thorough understanding of membership systems, products, and club operations.
