We are currently hiring for a position with a Sunday through Thursday overnight schedule from 10PM to 6AM.

About the Front Desk Associate Role

As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions or concerns during check-in
• Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies
• Resolving member concerns and escalating issues to a manager when necessary
• Answering phones courteously and assisting callers
• Handling membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing
• Conducting prospective member calls and tours to assess their needs
• Executing retail transactions accurately and driving sales goals
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and amenities, including communal spaces and the spa
• Ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free
• Performing regular walk-throughs to address safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues
• Addressing maintenance concerns promptly, such as broken equipment or leaks
