Who We Are Hiring

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on customer service, membership sales, retail sales and scheduling. If you have a passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide an excellent guest experience
  • Book appointments in person or by phone and text
  • Increase membership sales and retail sales
  • Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and inviting, spa-like environment
Required Skills
  • 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
  • Management experience is a huge plus as there is room for growth
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered
  • Exhibits sound judgment and a strong work ethic
  • Forms positive working relationships with team
  • Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work weekends and some evenings
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
