POSITION SUMMARY

Fitness Connection is hiring for our Front Desk Hospitality team. As a Front Desk teammate, you will impact the experience of our Club Members and Guests daily! Qualifications

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  1. FRONT DESK HOSPITALITY: Connecting with Members and Guests with EPIC greetings & farewells, checking members in, registering guests, answering calls, routing inquiries, and serving as a communication hub.
  2. PROSHOP PRO: Promoting and selling drinks, snacks, supplements, and gear; meeting sales goals; stocking and organizing; assisting with operational duties; maintaining the ProShop area; using POS systems accurately.
  3. MEMBER & CLUB SERVICES: Completing check-ins, account inquiries, monitoring memberships, notifying management of issues, maintaining a clean and organized front desk, completing opening/closing routines, reporting incidents, supporting team goals, and adhering to policies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to interpret business communications and contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, jumping, running, and moving quickly around the gym.
  • Ability to move freely around obstacles and respond swiftly to work area changes.

Our Front Desk teammates will undergo EPIC Training to understand our systems, products, and benefits, applying these skills post-training.
