Position Overview

Dynamic CycleBar Southwest Plaza studio in Littleton, CO is seeking motivated, sales-minded individuals excited about fitness and lifestyle. Compensation includes a base hourly pay plus a very lucrative commission structure. Our Sales Lead is passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience, prioritizing driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Associates are responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, ancillary services, in-club leads (first-time riders), and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the support of a CycleBar Experience team, Associates must exemplify leadership qualities and build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster ambassadorship and retention. They uphold our Mission of fueling energetic communal experiences.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes using good judgment.
• Passion for fitness.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthy with confidential information.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

Responsibilities

• Membership sales and retention.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio.
• Assist in acquiring new members and converting non-membership users to members.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with members and prospects.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Studio Owner on setting and meeting monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
• Drive referral business through ambassadorship.
