US Fitness in Winchester, VA, is seeking an outgoing Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests, check them in, and deliver a welcoming, motivating experience from the moment they arrive.

You will handle calls, questions, and transactions with a smile, keep the front desk tidy, and support club programs and member engagement while upholding safety and professionalism. This role offers growth into Personal Trainer or Membership Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.
• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
