Job summary

Gold's Gym International, Inc. in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members, answer questions, and direct calls. You will ring up retail items, assist with account issues, and support daily gym operations.

Responsibilities include preparing smoothies, operating the smoothie bar, starting tanning and massage beds, keeping the front area tidy, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Position Overview

The front desk associate will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position will provide assistance to members' requests along with inquiries about gym operations and policies as well as perform various administrative duties. Front desk associate will make smoothies and ring up retail and supplements for members. Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate department.
