Job summary

Monterey Embassy Suites in Seaside, CA is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and keep the lobby guest-ready.

You will support and train new front desk teammates, resolve guest issues promptly, and contribute to a positive Atrium Spirit by delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

This role requires a HS diploma, tech-savvy with hotel systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while staying energized through shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership preferred.
• Comfort using hotel front desk systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Support and train new front desk team members—you’re the friendly coach they’ll thank later.

What We Are Looking For

• Customer service experience – You’ve got the people skills and patience to keep things running smoothly.
