3. Organizing, confirming, processing, and conducting guest check-ins and check-outs.
4. Providing guests with directions and information.
5. Processing all payment types.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work a variable schedule.
• Professional appearance in dress and grooming.
